Once a qualified buyer submits an offer for your consideration, your Roberts Brothers real estate professional will work with you to negotiate an agreement, keeping your best interest in mind throughout the entire process.
Once an agreement is reached and you have officially accepted the offer, your property will be “under contract.” Based on the terms of the accepted agreement, the Buyer may/will perform inspections, survey, and/or have a licensed appraiser value your property in preparation of an upcoming closing.
